We mow the grass. We trim the shrubs as often as necessary to keep them manicured. We prune the palms. We edge the planting beds as well as around all the hard surfaces. We control the weeds in the planting beds. If the irrigation system has a problem we check it and fix it.

We also are licensed with the State of Florida to apply fertilizers, insecticides, herbicides and fungicides to lawn and landscape areas to keep them healthy.
